A unique project to promote the awareness of the many benefits of a plant-based (vegan) diet.

Note: If the world's population switched to a vegan diet, I suspect these and other cows would be much happier! In the hour we were with these special animals, they were confined in pie-shaped areas about 30'x20'x30', about 3 to 6 cows per section. While they had food and water, there was almost no shade available, and if they needed to lay down, they had to lay in their own waste (this was apparent by the caked on manure on their sides). Despite the living conditions, some of these gentle, loving creatures still approached us trustingly.
